Tripod Tests Overview

1. Tripod Persona (NEO-TRI/2) – Personality Questionnaire for Specialists
Assesses personality traits based on the Five-Factor Model: emotional stability, extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, and conscientiousness. Each trait is further described through three subscales reflecting specific aspects of that trait. After the test, the client receives profiles on behavior, temperament, self-control, and interpersonal relationships. Personality traits represent stable, individual patterns of behavior and reactions, allowing reliable predictions of behavior in various situations. This makes the test applicable in a wide range of contexts.

2. Tripod Analytical (VVS/7) – Cognitive Ability Test for Specialists
Measures general cognitive abilities and specific aspects, including verbal, numerical, and spatial reasoning. Cognitive abilities reflect a person’s capacity to learn, process new information, solve problems quickly and accurately, and adapt to job requirements.

3. Tripod Visual Precision (VKT) – Visual Information Processing Speed and Accuracy Test
Assesses the ability to analyze visual and numerical information quickly and accurately. This skill is essential for positions that require fast and precise processing of written or numerical information, such as customer service specialists, administrators, programmers, and similar roles.

4. Tripod Leader Analytical (MMAS) – Cognitive Ability Test for Managers
Measures general cognitive abilities and specific aspects (verbal, numerical, and spatial reasoning), tailored specifically for managerial positions. This test evaluates a manager’s ability to learn, process new information, solve problems efficiently, and adapt to work demands.

5. Tripod Leader Persona (MPI) – Personality Questionnaire for Managers
Assesses personality traits based on the Five-Factor Model, with a focus on characteristics critical for leadership. Traits include emotional stability, extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, and conscientiousness, highlighting attributes relevant to managerial success.

6. Tripod Spatial Ability (RVS) – Spatial Ability Test
