Tripod Tests Overview
1. Tripod Persona (NEO-TRI/2) – Personality Questionnaire for Specialists
Assesses personality traits based on the Five-Factor Model: emotional stability, extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, and conscientiousness. Each trait is further described through three subscales reflecting specific aspects of that trait. After the test, the client receives profiles on behavior, temperament, self-control, and interpersonal relationships. Personality traits represent stable, individual patterns of behavior and reactions, allowing reliable predictions of behavior in various situations. This makes the test applicable in a wide range of contexts.
2. Tripod Analytical (VVS/7) – Cognitive Ability Test for Specialists
Measures general cognitive abilities and specific aspects, including verbal, numerical, and spatial reasoning. Cognitive abilities reflect a person’s capacity to learn, process new information, solve problems quickly and accurately, and adapt to job requirements.
3. Tripod Visual Precision (VKT) – Visual Information Processing Speed and Accuracy Test
