How the process works:

2. We actively search for candidates across multiple sources.

3. We conduct an initial evaluation of candidates (experience, motivation, skills, suitability).

4. We present only the candidates who meet your criteria.

5. We help organize interviews and, if needed, provide additional services.

Pricing

• Project execution fee: €1,100 + VAT (negotiable individually)

• Anonymous search: additional €100 + VAT

• Candidate presentation: €390 + VAT (all candidates who meet the main selection criteria)

• Success fee: depends on the complexity of the position (negotiable individually)

Additional services (optional):

• Project extension (2 extra weeks) – €250 + VAT

• 3-month employment guarantee – €490 + VAT per candidate

• Tripod psychological testing – €139 + VAT per candidate

• Recruitment specialist participation in interviews – €100 + VAT/hour

• Additional candidate presentation – €50 + VAT per candidate

• Reference collection – €100 + VAT (2 references per candidate)
