Stages of personnel search and selection service:
- Based on the employee search and selection questionnaire filled out by the client and the information collected during the interview, we prepare a job advertisement that meets the professional duties;
- We publish the job advertisement for 4 weeks on CVonline.lt and Dirbam.lt websites;
- We highlight the job ad on the CVonline.lt website in the Premium list and update it weekly;
- We publish the job advertisement on CV-Online social network profiles, including automatic advertising on Facebook and Google;
- We review, evaluate and sort the received CVs and cover letters:
- In various sources, e.g. CV database, LinkedIn, etc. we search, select and contact potential candidates;
- During a telephone or video call, we assess the personality, competencies, work experience, motivation, suitability for the position and the client’s company culture and nature of work of potential candidates;
- If the client wishes and the candidates agree, we send “Homework” to the selected candidates;
- Based on the agreed evaluation criteria, we provide the client with summarized information about the personal qualities important for each candidate’s work, financial expectations;
- We help the client to organize video/live meetings with the selected most suitable candidates, e.g. we coordinate the date, time, place, send invitations;
- We send a negative response to candidates who did not pass the selection (at the client’s request).

The project price consists of III parts:
- Project execution fee – 1100 EUR + VAT (negotiated separately). N.B. In the case of anonymous searches, an additional fee of EUR 100 + VAT applies.
- Presentation of candidates (all candidates who best meet the selection criteria are presented) – 390 Eur + VAT
- Success fee (after the company hires the selected candidate) – depends on the complexity of the position (negotiated separately)
Additional project continuity services:

- Extension of the personnel search and selection project (after the end of the 4 weeks) – 250 EUR + VAT (for 2 additional weeks)
- 3-month employment guarantee – 490 EUR + VAT/candidate
- Tripod candidate psychological testing – 139 Eur + VAT/candidate
- Participation of a selection specialist in the interview between the client and the candidate – 100 EUR + VAT/hour
- Presentation of additional candidates – 50 EUR + VAT/candidate
- Collection of recommendations – 100 EUR + VAT, 2 recommendations/candidate
