Outplacement

The solution is devised for socially and morally responsible companies that in order to optimize their resources are forced to lay off their employees and that care not only about own reputation, but also the further destiny of fired employees. Outplacement is an excellent solution how to help own employees to prepare better for the job market and find new suitable job as soon as possible.

We offer outplacement of 2 levels that can be realized both in the individual consultations, and in the groups for up to 10 participants. The solution is tailored individually to the needs and specifics of each company and can be realized in CV-Online or your company premises.

The first level:
Acquaintance and discussion with the employee (s), situation research, gathering information about wishes and clarifying needs.

The second level:
Individual consultation or seminar for employees in which the following topics are covered:
