Pre-selection is performed by using such procedures:
- We will create and post a job ad on cvonline.lt for 4 weeks;
- We will insert Your job ad on “Job ad of the week”;
- We will insert Your job ad in the Premium listing;
- We will search for suitable candidates in our CV database, send them a job offer by e-mail and find out their motivation for participating in the competition by phone;
- We receive the CVs and applications and sort the applicants into suitable, probably suitable and unsuitable candidates;
- We will make phone interviews with the most suitable candidates;
- “Homework” – we will give a questionnaire for candidates;
- At the first opportunity, we will submit the best applicants that have been found in the course of the competition to the client. The company needs only to meet with the candidate and make the final decision;
- We will send the rejection letters to applicants that are not selected.
