The solution includes:
- Evaluation of the vacant job position, getting to know the company culture and business environment;
- Preparing professional job ad text according to the vacancy profile and its design creation;
- Posting a job ad on the leading Latvian job portal CV.lv for 30 days, highlighting it as a premium listing or job of the week for at least 1 week;
- Additional highlighting of the job ad on Visidarbi.lv, other leading Latvian internet portals and publishing it on CV-Online social media pages, including sponsored ad on Facebook;
- Evaluation of received CVs and application letters according to the vacancy profile;
- CV selection of potential candidates from CV-Online public online and internal confidential database and inviting the most suitable candidates to apply for the job vacancy;
- Conducting structured and in-depth phone interviews with candidates selected by the client (including up to 10 candidates) to assess candidate competencies, work experience, educational level, motivation, suitability to the position and client company culture;
- Preparing and sending a report to the client for each interviewed and assessed candidate;
- Communication of refusals to the unselected candidates;
- Guarantee of the recruitment process – if no suitable candidate is found within one month, project is extended by one more week.

Standard price* is comprised of two parts:
Project start fee – 1100 EUR + VAT/position
Success fee (after a successful recruitment) – 1 month salary of the recruited candidate.
